No, only subtle stimulations are applied on acupressure points. It doesn’t hurt and most clients will not feel any pain.


2. How many sessions will you take?

Every individual is unique and the response to the treatment is also different. Normally a series of 3 to 5 initial treatments for minor issues are recommended.


3. How long does the treatment take?

Depending on individual needs, each session can be ranging from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. You will be advised on how long and how many sessions will benefit you most.

Immediately after the treatment, you will feel muscle relaxation and you can maintain proper posture more easily.


5. How long can the effect of the treatment last?

If the client can be persistent in maintaining correct posture with regular stretching exercise, the effect of the treatment can last for a few months or even longer.

It cannot. Its main focus is to help releasing stored tension to promote structural balance. But the reduced blockage allows easy flow of energy, and indirectly supports the innate self healing power.


7. Can it improve your poor posture?

Yes, by reducing muscle imbalance layers by layers, your whole body becomes more flexible and more balanced; this can help improving your posture gradually.


8. Is there any contraindication?

The treatment is not suitable for pregnant women, cancer patients, and peoples with bones fractures, open wound and those suffering from serious osteoporosis.


9. How can you maintain the effect of the treatment longer?

Regular stretching exercise, good posture, relaxed lifestyles; balanced diet with nutritional supplementation can help maintaining the effect longer.


10. Is there any side effect?

Some clients may experience muscle soreness, which will subside within one or two days, then they will start feeling more energized and more refreshing. Taking hot shower and drinking more water will help easing the soreness.
